Sisters Uncut

Taking direct action for domestic violence services.

Meetings

Meetings

Sisters Uncut groups usually meet every week. All our advertised meetings are open to new sisters, no experience in activism is needed! You can find details of all meetings on our groups facebook pages.

All of our meetings are held in spaces that are as accessible as possible – if you have any questions about accessibility that aren’t covered in the Facebook event pages, or if you have access needs we can help with, please get in touch.

Babies and  young children are completely welcome to our meetings – if arranging childcare is a barrier to you organising with us, please get in touch via email so we can discuss what you need.

Regional Collectives

We have regional collectives all over the country. Currently there are meetings happening in:

You can contact these groups directly for details of their meetings.

*If you live in London, you are welcome to attend whichever meeting is most convenient to you. However, rather than switching between groups it is normal that sisters commit themselves to one group to keep our organising and action effective.

What if I live somewhere else?

If you live in a different area, please contact us via [email protected] letting us know where you live, and we can put you in touch with other sisters in your area and support you to set up your own Sisters collective!

What if I am a man?

Sisters Uncut is a safe space for all women (trans, intersex and cis) and all nonbinary, agender and gender variant people. Self-definition is at the sole discretion of that individual. We do not police gender in our spaces. If you are here it is because you feel that you are included by our gender inclusion policy, and therefore you are welcome. Our meetings and spaces are not open to people who identify solely or primarily as men. If you have any queries regarding our gender inclusion policy, please don’t hesitate to ask questions. Here is a list of ways you can support us as a male ally.
